*Payment required for children of primary school age and older. *Toyosu PIT performance and the standing of the December 21 Yokohama Arena show will be out of the acceptance. 【The December 21st performance at Nippon Budokan】 The December 21st performance at Nippon Budokan will be "woman only". In the case of submitting multiple applications, accompanying guests must only be women. Gender verification may be checked at the entrance on the day. Please bring an identification card that can verify your gender. 【The December 21st performance at Yokohama Arena】 The December 21st performance at Yokohama Arena will be "men only". In the case of submitting multiple applications, accompanying guests must only be men. Gender verification may be checked at the entrance on the day. Please bring an identification card that can verify your gender. 【The December 25th performance at Nippon Budokan】 The December 25th performance will have audience seating on all sides (360 degrees). Even if you purchase at the ticket advance reservation reception at the fan club, please be understanding that the seat might be in the northern section (in the back) |
Types of tickets
With an EMTG Tickets app, your need only your smartphone to purchase a ticket and get into the venue! We will need the phone number of the smartphone you use.

On what devices can tickets be displayed?
You can only receive the tickets on the smartphone connected to the phone number that you registered upon applying.
If one applicant wins 2 or more tickets, all the tickets will be displayed on the applicant’s smart phone. The users of the other tickets must enter the venue with the applicant.

About E-tickets
All tickets for people living outside Japan are issued as e-tickets (with EMTG Tickets app).
*No paper tickets will be issued.

-One application for tickets allowed per person.
-You may apply for tickets for up to 16 performances in one application.
You may be allocated tickets for multiple performances, so please make sure that you are able to provide payment for all of them.
-You may apply for one seat type per performance, up to 4 tickets for the Miyagi and Nagano and Aichi and Fukuoka and the reserved seating of the December 21 Yokohama Arena performances.
For other performances, you can apply for up to 2 tickets.

Important Notes
Please confirm before applying
- E-tickets can only be used on smartphones. This functionality is limited to smartphones that can connect to the Internet and are associated with a mobile phone number that allows for reception of SMS (Short Message Service) messages.*iOS 7.0, Android OS 4.0, or higher
*iPhones must have SMS and call functionality.
- You cannot use the following devices:・Smartphones that do not support Google Play or App Store
・Tablet devices (iPad/iPad mini/Android tablets and so on)
・iPod touch
- Tickets purchased in advance can only be used to enter a venue by the Neo SOUND WAVE member who purchased them. Illegal reselling (sale) or transferring of tickets is prohibited.
- If your ticket was resold illegally, you may be denied entry to the venue on the day of the performance.
- Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. A ticket that has been resold even once may become invalid.
- Neo SOUND WAVE members who are found to be engaging in illegal transactions will be at a disadvantage in future lotteries.

- E-tickets are scheduled to be issued two weeks before the day of the performance. You will be notified of the details by email at a later date. Please make sure that you can receive emails from the domain [emtg.jp].
- Please make sureIf you have an Android device, you may not be able to apply via the browser. In that case, please change your browser to Google Chrome and try again.
- The prizes, seating arrangements, and reference numbers are not determined on a first come, first served basis; the winners will be drawn randomly from all entries we receive within the application.
- We cannot answer any inquiries about seating and lotteries.
- You cannot cancel your application after it has been sent, and you cannot change the content of your application after applications close.
- We are unable to accept any applications outside the application period. Please apply for tickets in plenty of time.
- Any applications that do not provide the required information shall be invalidated.

From collecting your e-ticket to entering the venue
STEP 1Collect your ticket after winning a lottery

Downloading the app
Download [EMTG Tickets app] from the App Store or Google Play.
*If your download does not work, please try downloading the app directly from the App Store or from Google Play.

Launching the app
Launch the EMTG Tickets app and log in using your EMTG ID or the email address you used to register.

Collecting your tickets

Android
You can collect your tickets two weeks before the scheduled date of a performance.
Choose [My Tickets]->[Receive tickets]->[EMTG/Other] to see the [Collect purchased tickets] button. Click the button, then enter the phone number of the smartphone which you registered when you purchased your ticket(s). Your tickets will be displayed in [My Tickets].
STEP 2On the day of the performance, get into the venue with just your smartphone!

Before you arrive at the entrance to the venue, choose your performance from the [My Tickets] screen and display the ticket(s) on your smartphone.

Please show your ticket(s) to the staff at the entrance to the venue. The person who applied for the tickets and any other people in their party should arrive as a group.

Getting inside with a quick stamp
After the staff has checked your ticket, they will give you a quick stamp, and you can breeze into the venue.
*You cannot enter a venue with just a screenshot of the ticket screen.
