This announcement is with regard to the performances scheduled for September 29th and 30th at the Okinawa Convention Center.
After careful consideration whether to postpone or cancel the events, unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts,
it has been decided that the performances will have to be canceled.

We are extremely sorry to make this decision when so many customers were looking forward to these live performances. We would like to ask you for your kind understanding.

Please contact the ticket agency that you purchased your tickets from
within the time period specified below, so you can request a refund.

October 6th, 2018 (Sat) to October 31st, 2018 (Wed)

Customers who purchased tickets from the fan club

◆For customers who have purchased fun club priority tickets, Ticket Pia will be sending out postal orders
　 to their registered address. Please kindly wait for your postal order to arrive.

◆For customers who have used the ticket trading service, EMTG will be sending out e-mails by October 12th (Fri),
　 providing information about the returns process.

◆Customers who purchased tickets from abroad will receive a refund via their credit card companies.
　 Please note that refunds will take around one to two months to be completed.
