Tickets will be issued via the official UVERworld app to prevent unauthorized ticket resales.

Ticket distribution: Only tickets for accompanying persons can be distributed after admission.
Ticket Trade: Tickets for overseas members are not eligible for trade.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale and Transfer

The resale of tickets to third parties, ticket distribution to persons other than members of your party, and ticket transfer without using the share member function are strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason or purpose thereof.
Tickets purchased outside of the authorized sales desks (ticket resale sites, internet auctions, sales via bulletin boards, scalpers, etc.) and tickets confirmed to have been illegally distributed or transferred will be voided and admission will be denied, even if they were purchased at the regular price.

  • Electronic tickets issued via the official HYPSTER app can be utilized by any smartphone with a registered phone number and internet capability.
    • (*SMS contract is required for both iPhone and Android devices)

  • *Tablet devices and iPod Touch devices are not electronic ticket compatible.

3.Email settings

Information on application completion and raffle results will be sent to you by email via Pia.
On ticket display date, Tixplus (formerly EMTG) will send you an email for your e-Tickets.
If you have set designated domains for your inbox, please set it to receive emails from "pia.co.jp" and "plusmember.jp". Please also pay attention to your spam settings.

4.Receiving tickets
  • Tickets for the selected performances will be sent via the UVERworld official app.

    To prevent unauthorized resale, tickets are only receivable on the smartphone connected with the phone number registered at the time of application.

    • ※The UVERworld official app can only be used with one phone number per Plus member ID. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
      If you are unable to receive your ticket because you have changed your phone number due to a phone model change, or you entered the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Tixplus Customer Support after your ticket is available for receipt.

5.Notes regarding the ticket application process
  • * Be sure to enter the applicant information in the application form of "Pia". Applicants will be [members associated with the membership number logged in to the fan club site].
  • * Reception is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • * Please be sure to check the reception desk on the Pia website for details and precautions regarding reception.
  • * Cancellation after application and change of contents after acceptance are not possible at all. Also, you cannot cancel or change your ticket after purchasing it. Please be careful.
  • * If payment cannot be confirmed by the payment deadline, it will be treated as a cancellation.
  • * We cannot answer inquiries about seats and lottery.
  • * Only members who have purchased this advance ticket can enter. Unauthorized trading (resale) or transfer of tickets is prohibited.
  • * Tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold or transferred to a third party for any purpose or reason, except for transfer through the share member function. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized purchase is discovered or if we cannot verify your identity, we will refuse entry. In that case, please note that we will not be able to refund the ticket price.
  • * Members who are found to have fraudulent transactions will be disadvantaged in future lotteries.
  • * Those who have already registered for the overseas fan club service cannot apply. Please be careful.
  • * If your device is Android, you may not be able to apply depending on the browser. In that case, change the browser to Google Chrome and try again.

6.Information and precautions for the event

If you fall under the following categories, you will not be allowed into the venue during the event.

  • ①People who have traveled abroad prior to the performance and have not completed the post-entry quarantine stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
  • ②People with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, have consumed alcoholic beverages, or have symptoms including a cough, lethargy, runny nose, headache, vomiting, odor/taste disorder, etc.
  • ③People who have a family member living with them who is suspected of being infected with the coronavirus.
  • ④People who’s personal information cannot be retained.
  • ⑤People who have tested positive for the novel coronavirus prior to the performance and have not completed the treatment period specified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
  • ⑥People who have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus prior to the performance, and have not completed the quarantine period specified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
  • -If you have an underlying medical conditions (hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cancer, etc.) or are pregnant should make a careful decision as to whether or not to attend, based on information from relevant institutions.

[If you are under 20 years of age]

  • -Admission for persons under 20 years of age requires parental consent.
    Download this (https://tixplus.jp/r/uver_2021_consentform)
    and have your parent or guardian fill it out. Present it to a staff member near the entrance on the day of the event.
    Please note that you will not be admitted to the venue if you do not submit the form.
    SOGO TOKYO will keep the consent form for one month, after which we will shred and destroy it.

[Regarding the venue]

  • -Speaking is prohibited, and you will be asked to wear a mask
    inside the venue. Please prepare your own mask.
    You will not be allowed to enter without a mask.

  • -Please refrain from speaking loudly before, during, or after performances.
  • -Please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
  • -Temperature measurements and hand sanitizer will be administered at the entrance and exit.
  • -Disinfectant will be placed at several points throughout the venue.
  • -All restrooms will be equipped with liquid soap and disinfectant.
  • -We will thoroughly clean the seats, staircase handrails, door handles, etc. with a disinfectant solution.
  • -Please do not dispose of masks, gloves, face shields, used tissues, or other garbage that may transmit viruses at the venue or station. Take it home with you.
  • -Visitors are not allowed to come to the venue after consuming alcohol, nor can they bring alcoholic beverages into, or consume them after entering the venue.
  • -We ask for your cooperation in keeping the lines spaced apart and conversation to a minimum in crowded areas like the entrance.
  • -Staff may wear masks, face shields, and rubber gloves on the day of the event.
  • -If you see someone violating rules or morals, please notify a staff member.
    (Please note that you may be asked to leave the venue if you do not follow the staff's instructions.)
  • -If you see someone who is or appears to be in poor health inside the venue, please speak with a staff member. Alternatively, a staff member may reach out to guests.

【Restricted entry/exit】

  • For live music club concerts, there will be no regulated entry system that specifies entry times by number or seat number. Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the concert.
  • For arena performances, there will be a regulated entry system. Please arrive at the designated entrance time for each customer. Even if you arrive early, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
  • After the show, the audience will be asked to leave the venue according to our regulations.Please remain in your seat until instructed otherwise by an attendant.

【Regarding tickets】

  • -All tickets will be available only through e-Tickets.
  • -Reserved seats will be provided with no spacing between customers on any side.
  • -Standing visitors will be admitted according to their entry numbers, and will be able to view the show from the position marked by available position markers.
  • -Please note that personal information received at the time of your ticket purchase may be shared with government agencies. In the unlikely event that we are unable to retain your personal information, please notify a staff member at the door on the day of your visit.
    Personal information will be stored for approximately one month and then destroyed.
  • -Please be sure to keep your seat location/number for one month after the date of the event.
  • -Our considerations as to whether or not to hold the performances based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare are ongoing.
    If a performance is held and a ticket purchaser decides not to attend the event,
    we will not refund the price of the ticket.
    While we understand that coming to a decision is very difficult in this ever-changing environment, we ask that you consider your decision carefully before purchasing a ticket. Consult with your family or friends, and ensure you have their understanding before purchasing a ticket.

【Regarding Tixplus Trade】

  • If you are unable to attend after purchasing your tickets, please make use of our official ticket trading & resale service at Tixplus Trade. However, please be aware that a Japanese bank account is required to use this service

【Registration with the coronavirus contact confirmation application (COCOA)】

  • -We will ask that you register with COCOA, which is recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for confirming cases of close contact with individuals infected with the novel corona virus.

【Other notes】

  • -Please refrain from gathering in tight groups around the entrance or in near the venue (inside convenience stores, etc.).
    Please also refrain from waiting nearby to enter or leave the venue.
    (Staff may ask your group to disperse while waiting for the doors to open or similar situations.)
  • -There is no smoking station. Also, please use the restroom before coming to the event when possible.
  • -We cannot accept gifts or flowers on the day of the event.
  • -If you are coming to the show in a wheelchair, please contact the person in charge of the show you want to attend in advance, after you purchase your tickets.

【If you are infected after your visit】

  • -If any visitors are infected, please contact the relevant department and report it to the person in charge of the performance they attended.

【Refusing entry/being asked to leave】

  • -You will not be able to refund your tickets if you are denied entry to the venue because you did not follow the precautions listed above.
  • -You will be asked to leave if you do not follow the instructions you are given by staff.
