We have started accepting inquiries regarding undelivered items.
If you are a member whose package has not yet arrived, please be sure to contact us during the period using the dedicated form for inquiries about non-delivery packages.
*For members who join between April 1st and April 31st, the card will be shipped together with the membership benefits from late May onwards.
Please be careful not to make any inquiries during this period for inquiries regarding undelivered packages.
*If we do not receive any contact during the period, we will assume that SP RING GIFT has arrived.

・For members who join between April 1st and April 31st, the card will be shipped "from late May" along with the membership benefits.
Please be careful not to make any inquiries during this period for inquiries regarding undelivered packages.
・No shipments will be made to members who completed their membership registration process between May 1st and May 31st.
・Unless the item is returned to the fan club or you contact us within the inquiry period to inform us that it has not arrived, we will assume that it has been delivered to you.
・We will not be able to respond to inquiries about non-delivery after the period has expired.
Please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period for items not yet received.
・Members who have changed their address or surname on or after April 4, 2017,
Delivery will be to your old address and under your maiden name.
If your package has not arrived, please make sure to contact us using the designated form during the period for inquiries regarding non-delivery.
