・For members who enrolled between July 1st and July 31st, 2019
It will be enclosed with the membership benefits shipped around the end of August.

・Unless the item has not been returned to the fan club or there is a notification of non-delivery within the inquiry period,
We will assume that the item has been delivered to you.

・We will not be able to respond to inquiries about non-delivery after the period has expired.
Please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period for items not yet received.

・Members who have changed their address or surname on or after June 20, 2019,
Delivery will be to your old address and under your maiden name.
If your package has not arrived, please make sure to contact us using the designated form during the period for inquiries regarding non-delivery.

・We ask that you take great care when shipping your package,
There is a possibility that the envelope may be torn when it is delivered.
If the contents are severely damaged, we will exchange the item.
If only the envelope is torn, we cannot exchange it.
