<About wearing masks and speaking out at the venue> (Updated 2023.03.13)
The government's basic policy regarding wearing masks from March 13 onwards is as follows:
"While wearing a mask is left to the discretion of the individual, it is permissible for business operators to request that users or employees wear a mask for infection control or business reasons, etc."
In light of the above, UVERworld GLEAM OF ROCK (LIVE HOU SE TOUR 2023)
We ask that all attendees wear masks so that they can enjoy the performance in safety.
There are no restrictions on what you can say.
There is no problem with singing, cheering, or making other noise during the performance.
Please wear a mask and be considerate of others around you so as not to cause trouble to them.

Please be sure to read the following information and precautions carefully before visiting.
★The event is scheduled to be held at 100% of the venue's capacity.
There will be no position marks in the standing area. Please note that it is expected to be very crowded.
★ Regarding the prevention and spread ofコロナ19
[Those who fall under any of the categories below will be denied entry on the day]
① Those who have traveled abroad prior to the performance and are currently undergoing the home quarantine period after entering Japan as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare
② Those with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, those who have consumed alcoholic beverages, or those with symptoms such as cough, fatigue, runny nose, headache, vomiting, or loss of smell or taste.
3) Those who have a family member suspected of being infected
④ Those who cannot keep personal information
⑤ Those who tested positive forコロナ19 before the performance and are currently in the recovery period set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
⑥ Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive forコロナ19 before the performance and are currently in the home quarantine period set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
*Those with underlying diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cancer, etc.)
If you are pregnant, please make a careful decision after referring to information from relevant organizations.
[About the venue]
・Please refrain from speaking in the venue and wear a mask. Please bring your own mask.
Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.

- Please refrain from shouting before, during, or after the performance.
・Please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
・When entering and leaving, we will take your temperature and disinfect your hands.
- Disinfectant will be installed in various places throughout the venue.
・Liquid soap and disinfectant will be provided in all restrooms.
- We will thoroughly clean the audience seating area, staircase handrails,扉handles, etc. inside the venue with disinfectant.
- Please take home any trash that may contain viruses, such as masks, gloves, face shields, and used tissues, with you and do not discard them at the venue or station.
- It is prohibited to arrive at the venue after consuming alcoholic beverages, bring alcoholic beverages into the venue, or consume alcoholic beverages once inside the venue.
・In crowded areas, such as when entering the venue, please line up with space between you and keep conversations to a minimum.
・On the day, staff members may be asked to wear masks, face shields and rubber gloves.
・If you see anyone violating the rules or morals, please inform a member of staff.
(If you do not follow the instructions from staff, you may be asked to leave.)
-If you notice anyone in the venue who is not feeling well, or who appears to be unwell, please speak to a member of staff, or a member of staff will speak to you.
[Regarding entry and exit regulations]
・There will be no regulated entry. Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event.
・After the performance, there will be regulated exits. Please remain seated until instructed by staff.
[Ticket details]
・All tickets will be available as electronic tickets only.
・Please note that the personal information we collect when you make a purchase may be shared with government agencies.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to keep your personal information, please be sure to inform a member of staff when you arrive on the day, and we will keep it for you.
Your personal information will be stored for approximately one month and then destroyed.
- Please be sure to keep your seat location and serial number for one month after the event date.
・We are constantly reviewing whether or not to hold the performance in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
If the performance goes ahead and the ticket purchaser decides not to attend, the ticket price will not be refunded under any circumstances.

[Regarding ticket trading]
・If you are unable to attend due to illness or other reasons, please use official ticket trading.
The ticket trading period is scheduled to run from after tickets are issued until 11:59 AM on the day before the performance.
*Ticket sales will begin one week before the performance date. Due to system limitations, tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the performance.

[Other notes]
- Please refrain from gathering in close proximity to the venue entrance or surrounding areas (convenience stores, etc.).
Also,Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave the venue (including at stations, airports, and hotels).

・There are no smoking areas. Please use the restroom before coming to the venue, if possible.
・We cannot accept gifts (including letters) or flowers on the day.
・If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact the relevant performance's contact information in advance after purchasing your ticket.
[If you become infected withコロナ19 after visiting the venue]
・If anyone who attended the venue becomes infected, please contact the relevant police station and then report the infection to the contact point for each performance.
[Regarding refusal of entry and expulsion]
・Please note that if you do not follow the above precautions and are denied entry, no refunds will be given.
- If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave.
