01. Unless the item is returned to the fan club or you contact us within the inquiry period to inform us that it has not arrived, we will assume that it has been delivered to you.

02.We will not be able to respond to any inquiries about undelivered items received after the period has expired, so please be sure to contact us during the period.

03. Members who have changed their address or surname on or after December 2, 2024 will have their items delivered to their old address and under their maiden name.

If your package has not arrived, please make sure to contact us using the designated form during the period for inquiries regarding non-delivery.

04. We ask that you take great care when shipping your package, but there is a chance that the envelope may be torn when it is delivered.

If the contents are severely damaged, we will exchange the item; however, if there is no damage to the contents and only the envelope is torn, we cannot exchange it.
