We would like to inform you that Newsletter 32 will begin shipping from Friday, April 18, 2025.
It will take some time for the newsletter to reach all members.
(We will deliver in order, so please be patient.)
If you have not received your order by Monday, May 19, 2025,
Please contact us using the inquiry form for undelivered packages (to be provided at a later date) during the "enquiry period for undelivered packages" below.
●For members who join between March 1st and March 31st, the card will be delivered at the end of April along with your new membership benefits.

From 18:00 on Monday, May 19, 2025 to 18:00 on Monday, May 26, 2025
*Inquiries about undelivered items outside the period will be invalid.
*Reshipment to those who contact us within the inquiry period for non-delivery is scheduled for July 25th.

Notes
*Important notice. Please read to the end.
01. Unless the item has not been returned to the fan club or you contact us within the inquiry period to inform us of its non-delivery,
We will assume that the item has been delivered to you.
02.We will not be able to respond to any inquiries about undelivered items received after the period has expired, so please be sure to contact us during the period.
03. Members who have changed their address or surname after 6:00 PM on March 20, 2025 will have their items delivered to their old address and under their maiden name.
If your package has not arrived, please make sure to contact us using the designated form during the period for inquiries regarding non-delivery.
04. We ask that you take great care when shipping your package, but there is a chance that the envelope may be torn when it is delivered.
If the contents are severely damaged, we will exchange the item; however, if there is no damage to the contents and only the envelope is torn, we cannot exchange it.
05.We plan to ship via Yu-mail.
06.We are unable to ship overseas.
