[Shipping] Notification of shipping of "Newsletter 22"

We would like to inform you that newsletter issue 22 will begin shipping from Friday, December 25th.

It will take some time for the newsletter to reach all members.
(We will deliver in order, so please be patient.)

If you have not received your order by Wednesday, January 13, 2016,
Please check the information below and contact us within the period specified using the undelivered inquiry form.

*Important notice. Please read to the end.

・For members who completed the registration process between November 1st and November 30
It will be enclosed with the membership benefits (black membership card and black rubber band).

・For members who enrolled between December 1st and December 31st, items will be shipped from late January onwards.
Shipment will begin together with the membership benefits.

・Unless the item is returned to the fan club or you contact us within the inquiry period to inform us that it has not arrived, we will assume that it has been delivered to you.

・We will not be able to respond to inquiries about non-delivery after the period has expired.
Please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period for items not yet received.

・Members who have changed their address or surname after December 4th will have their items delivered to their old address and under their maiden name.

- We ask that you take great care when shipping your package, but there is a chance that the envelope may be torn when it is delivered.
If the contents are severely damaged, we will exchange the item; however, if there is no damage to the contents and only the envelope is torn, we cannot exchange it.


[Regarding corrections and amendments to the newsletter]
We check the document before publication to ensure there are no typos or other errors, but if any corrections or amendments are found after publication, we will announce them on the information page.
