We have received many inquiries from our members regarding their membership numbers and passwords.
If you know your membership number and your registered email address has not changed,
Please see the "Frequently Asked Questions" section at the top of the site.
You can check your password on the "Password reissue page" we have set up.
*If your membership number begins with a "0", please omit the "0" and enter it.
If you don't know your membership number, please fill out the inquiry form and enter the following in the "Inquiry Details" field:
Please enter your registered 【real name (full name)】 【date of birth】 【phone number】 【email address】,
Please contact us.
If necessary information is missing, it may take time for us to respond,
Please note that we may not be able to make inquiries.
(We have received many inquiries using nicknames. Please be sure to contact us using your real name.)
Additionally, many members experience reply emails being returned with an error.
Please check your receiving settings once again.
