Please be sure to read the following information and precautions carefully before attending this performance.

★ Regarding prevention ofコロナ-19 infection and its spread

• ■Those who fall under any of the categories listed below will be denied entry on the day.
  ①Those who have traveled abroad within two weeks prior to the performance and are unable to provide proof of a negative test result.
  ②Those with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, those who have consumed alcoholic beverages, or those with symptoms such as cough, fatigue, runny nose, headache, vomiting, or loss of smell or taste.
  3) Those who have a family member suspected of being infected
  ④Those who cannot keep personal information
  ⑤Those who have tested positive forコロナ-19 within 14 days prior to the performance date
  ⑥Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive forコロナ19 within 14 days prior to the performance date.
• ■If you have an underlying illness (high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cancer, etc.) or are pregnant, please make a careful decision after referring to information from relevant organizations.
• ■ Persons under the age of 20 require parental consent to enter.
  Please download this form, have a parent or guardian fill it out, and submit it to a member of staff near the entrance on the day of the event.
  Please note that you will not be allowed to enter if you do not submit this document.
• ■Wearing a mask will be strictly required inside the venue. Please bring your own mask. Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
• ■Please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
• ■When entering and leaving, we will take your temperature and disinfect your hands.
• ■Entry will be regulated. We will set an entry time for each customer, so please come at the designated time. If you arrive early, you will not be able to enter, so we appreciate your cooperation.
• ■After the performance, there will be regulated exits. Please wait in your seat until instructed by staff.
• ■All tickets will be available in electronic format. When entering the venue, you will need to operate your own smartphone and tear off your electronic ticket to enter the venue.
• ■Seats will be sold at intervals to maintain social distancing. You cannot sit next to other people, even if they are in an empty seat. We ask that you do not leave your seat and maintain a distance from other customers during the performance.
• ■Please note that the personal information we hold when you make a purchase may be shared with government agencies. In the unlikely event that we are unable to hold your personal information, please be sure to inform a member of staff when you arrive on the day, and we will hold it for you. Please note that we will hold your personal information for about one month and then destroy it.
• ■ If you wish to change the information of your companion after the reception has closed, please apply in advance here.
• ■Please be sure to keep track of your seat location for one month after the event date.
• ■Please register for the newコロナcontact-confirming app (COCOA) recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
• ■Please refrain from shouting loudly before, during, or after the performance.
• ■There are no smoking areas. Please use the restroom before coming to the venue, if possible.
• ■We cannot accept gifts or flowers on the day.
• ■Disinfectant will be installed in various places throughout the venue.
• ■Liquid soap and disinfectant will be provided in all restrooms.
• ■We will thoroughly clean the audience seating area, staircase handrails,扉handles, etc. inside the venue with disinfectant.
• ■Please take home any trash that may contain viruses, such as masks, gloves, face shields, and used tissues, with you and do not discard it at the venue or station.
• ■It is prohibited to arrive at the venue after consuming alcoholic beverages, and to consume alcohol once inside the venue.
• ■In crowded areas, such as when entering the venue, please line up with space between you and keep conversations to a minimum.
• ■On the day of the event, staff will be wearing masks (and face shields in some cases) and rubber gloves.
• ■If you notice anyone in the venue who is not feeling well, or who appears to be unwell, please speak to a member of staff, or a member of staff will speak to you.
• ■If anyone who attended the venue becomes infected, please contact the relevant police station and then report the infection to the contact point for each performance.
• ■Please note that if you fail to follow the above precautions and are denied entry, no refunds will be given.
• ■If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave.
• ■If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact the relevant performance contact point in advance after purchasing your ticket.
• ■If you are unable to attend due to illness or other reasons, please use the official ticket resale service.
