• Regarding email receiving settings

  Application completion and lottery results will be sent via email from "PIA".
  On the day the tickets become available for display, you will receive an email from "Ticketplus" with instructions on how to receive your electronic ticket.
  If you have set up domain-specific email reception, please configure your settings to allow emails from "pia.co.jp" and "plusmember.jp". Also, please be careful about your spam filter settings.

• How to receive

  Tickets for performances won through this pre-sale will be received via the "UVERworld official app".
  To prevent illegal resale, delivery is only possible via the smartphone associated with the mobile phone number registered at the time of application.

  
  

  How to receive your e-ticket and enter the venue

• Important information regarding registration

  ・Please be sure to enter the applicant's information in the "Pia" application form.【ファンクラブサイトにログインした会員番号に紐づいた会員】となります。
  ・受付は先着順ではございません。
  ・受付に関する詳細・注意事項は、本受付のぴあサイトにて必ずご確認ください。
  ・お申し込み後のキャンセル、および、受付終了後の内容変更は一切できません。 また、チケット購入後のキャンセル・変更も一切出来ません。あらかじめご了承ください。
  ・入金期限までにご入金の確認がとれなかった場合、キャンセル扱いとなります。
  ・座席・抽選に関するお問い合わせには一切お答えできません。
  ・本先行チケットは購入された会員の方のみご入場できます。チケットの不正売買（転売）及び譲渡は、禁止行為とさせていただいております。
  ・第三者へチケットを転売または譲渡する行為は、目的･理由に関わらず一切禁止しております。万が一、不正購入が発覚した場合やご本人確認が出来なかった場合には、ご入場をお断りさせていただきます。その際、チケット代等の返金には応じかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。
  ・不正な取引が発覚した会員は、今後の抽選において不利になります。
  ・海外向けファンクラブサービスにご登録されている会員は応募することはできません。あらかじめご了承ください。

  In order to hold this performance, please be sure to carefully read the information and precautions below, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation before purchasing tickets and attending the performance.
  Regarding the wearing of masks inside the venue, we respect each customer's individual judgment.
  While cheering and shouting are not prohibited, please be considerate of other spectators and avoid causing any disturbance.
  
  *These precautions will be updated from time to time, so please check them again before coming to the venue on the day of each performance.

  ■その他注意事項
  ①入り待ち出待ち（駅や空港を含む）行為は禁止しております。

  ②会場入り口及び会場周辺（コンビニエンスストア等）での密な集まりは、ご遠慮ください。（開場待ち時間など、一旦 解散していただくようスタッフによりお声がけさせていただくこともございます）
  ③喫煙所はございません。お手洗いもできるだけ来場前にお済ませいただきます様、お願い致します。
  ④当日のプレゼント、お花のお預かりは出来ません。
  ⑤車椅子でご来場の場合は、チケット購入後、事前に各公演のお問合せ先までご連絡をお願い致します。
  ⑥公演当日は所謂「音漏れ参戦」は禁止とさせていただきます。会場周辺にご迷惑がかかる他、天候により体調を崩される原因となりますので、ご理解くださいませ。万が一 チケットをお持ちでない方が集まられた場合は解散をしていただきます。スタッフの指示には従っていただけますようお願い致します。
  ⑦自作のうちわのご使用・横断幕は演出の都合上、また他のお客様にご迷惑がかかる場合がございますので、ご遠慮いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
  ⑧着ぐるみや被り物、光り物の使用は禁止させていただきます。

  
  

  ■Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant
  If you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, please be sure to consult your doctor and discuss the matter thoroughly with your family.
  I fully understand the feeling of cherishing the special space that is a live performance.
  However, we ask that you give top priority to the life that is about to be born and the body that will carry that irreplaceable life.
  Live houses (whether halls or arenas) tend to be crowded with many people at the venue.
  There is a risk of falling or coming into contact with something. Also, because of the loud volume, it may have some effect on the mother and fetus.
  You will be standing for long periods of time, including the time you spend waiting in line, which may put various strains on your body.
  For this reason, participation is not recommended.
  Please understand the above before attending. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur. (Please contact the respective event organizer before attending. If you have purchased a standing ticket, we may not be able to guide you to the second floor or other seating areas.)
  

  
  

  ■Regarding photography inside the venue
  Photography and video recording are prohibited during UVERworld concerts.
  Taking photos before the performance and after the performance, within reasonable limits, is not a problem.
  The QR code for the day's setlist will be displayed on the screen after the show.
  Please scan the QR code and take home a memento of that day. (Please note that songs that were added or changed during the performance may not be reflected.)
  
  Please remember to be considerate of those around you when taking photos or videos.
  When posting on social media, we would appreciate it if you would take precautions such as blurring out other people in the photos. (We will take action if we deem the photos to be of a nuisance or malicious intent.)
  
  *Some of you may have received warnings from venue staff (including part-time staff) at previous performances. We apologize to those who received harsh warnings despite simply scanning QR codes within reasonable limits, which may have caused discomfort or confusion. (Please forgive the staff who gave the warnings, as they were simply fulfilling their duties.) We will ensure that all staff are thoroughly informed about this policy for future performances.

  
  

  ■Regarding refusal of entry or removal from the premises
  ① Please note that if you are denied entry due to failure to comply with the above precautions, no refunds will be given.
  ② If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave.
