An email will be sent by Pia to inform you of your application completion and the lottery results.
On the ticket display start date, you will receive an email from Tixplus (formerly EMTG) with instructions on how to receive your electronic ticket.
If you have specified domain reception settings, please make sure you can receive emails from "pia.co.jp" and "plusmember.jp". Also, please be careful with your spam settings.

• Tickets for the performance you have won can be picked up via the "UVERworld official app."

  To prevent unauthorized resale, deliveries can only be made using the smartphone device associated with the phone number you registered when applying.

  • *If multiple tickets are purchased, the tickets for all accompanying persons will be displayed together on the applicant's device.
  • *The "UVERworld Official App" can only be used with one phone number per Plus member ID. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
  • *If you are unable to receive your ticket due to reasons such as changing your phone number after changing your device or entering the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Tixplus customer support after you have started receiving your ticket.

How to receive your e-ticket and enter the venue

• *Please make sure to enter the applicant's information in the "Pia" application form. The applicant will be the [member associated with the membership number used to log in to the fan club site].
• * Registration is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
• *Please be sure to check the Pia website for details and precautions regarding reception.
• *Cancellation after application and changes to the content after acceptance are not possible.
• *If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be canceled.
• *We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seats or lotteries.
• *Only members who have purchased advance tickets can enter the venue. Unauthorized buying and selling (reselling) and transferring of tickets is prohibited.
• *Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party other than through the Share Member function is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason. If we find out that you have made an illegal purchase or are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any other fees.
• *Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future lotteries.

★ Regarding prevention ofコロナ-19 infection and its spread

• ・Those who fall under any of the categories listed below will be denied entry on the day.
  ①Those who have traveled abroad within two weeks prior to the performance and are unable to provide proof of a negative test result.
  ②Those with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, those who have consumed alcoholic beverages, or those with symptoms such as cough, fatigue, runny nose, headache, vomiting, or loss of smell or taste.
  3) Those who have a family member suspected of being infected
  ④Those who cannot keep personal information
  ⑤Those who have tested positive forコロナ-19 within 14 days prior to the performance date
  ⑥Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive forコロナ19 within 14 days prior to the performance date.
  
• -If you have an underlying medical condition (high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cancer, etc.) or are pregnant, please make a careful decision after referring to information from relevant organizations.
• ・ Those under the age of 20 require parental consent for entry.
  Please download this form, have a parent or guardian fill it out, and submit it to a member of staff near the entrance on the day of the event.
  Please note that you will not be allowed to enter if you do not submit this document.
• ・Wearing a mask is strictly required inside the venue. Please bring your own mask. Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
• ・Please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
• ・When entering and leaving, we will take your temperature and disinfect your hands.
• ・Admission will be regulated. We will set an admission time for each customer, so please come at the designated time. If you arrive early, you will not be able to enter, so we appreciate your cooperation.
• ・After the performance, there will be regulated exits. Please wait in your seat until instructed by staff.
• ・All tickets will be provided as electronic tickets. When entering the venue, you will need to operate your own smartphone and tear off the electronic ticket yourself.
• ・Seats will be sold at intervals to maintain social distancing. You cannot sit next to an empty seat or with your companion. In addition, please do not leave your seat and maintain a distance from other customers during the performance.
• ・Please note that the personal information we hold when you make a purchase may be shared with government agencies. In the unlikely event that we are unable to hold your personal information, please be sure to inform a member of staff when you visit the store on the day, and we will hold it for you. Personal information will be stored for about one month and then destroyed.
• ・ If you wish to change the information of your companions after the registration has closed, please apply in advance here.
• ・Please be sure to keep a record of your seat location for one month after the event date.
• ・Please register for theコロナ19 contact-confirming app (COCOA) recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
• - Please refrain from shouting before, during, or after the performance.
• ・There are no smoking areas. Please use the restroom before coming to the venue, if possible.
• ・We cannot accept gifts or flowers on the day.
• - Disinfectant will be installed in various places throughout the venue.
• ・Liquid soap and disinfectant will be provided in all restrooms.
• - We will thoroughly clean the audience seating area, staircase handrails,扉handles, etc. inside the venue with disinfectant.
• - Please take home any trash that may contain viruses, such as masks, gloves, face shields, and used tissues, with you and do not discard them at the venue or station.
• ・It is prohibited to come to the venue after consuming alcoholic beverages, and to consume alcohol once inside the venue.
• ・In crowded areas, such as when entering the venue, please line up with space between you and keep conversations to a minimum.
• ・On the day of the event, staff will be wearing masks (and face shields in some cases) and rubber gloves.
• -If you notice anyone in the venue who is not feeling well, or who appears to be unwell, please speak to a member of staff, or a member of staff will speak to you.
• ・If anyone who attended the venue becomes infected, please contact the relevant police station and then report the infection to the contact point for each performance.
• ・Please note that if you do not follow the above precautions and are denied entry, no refunds will be given.
