Membership Terms and Conditions

Please be sure to read the membership terms and conditions before joining UVERworld official fan club [Neo SOUND WAVE].

Article 1 "Name"

The name of this fan club will be "Neo SOUND WAVE."

Article 2 "Purpose"

1. The purpose of "Neo SOUND WAVE" is to support UVERworld, and "Neo SOUND WAVE" members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
2. The fan club service constitutes a "standard transaction" as defined in Article 548-2, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, and these terms and conditions constitute the "standard terms and conditions" as defined in the same paragraph.

Article 3 "Management and Operation"

The "Neo SOUND WAVE" office (hereinafter referred to as "the office") will be located at Power Play Music Inc., 3F VORT Azabu-Juban, 3-4-18 Higashi-Azabu, Minato-ku.

Article 4 "Membership Qualifications"

Once the procedures in Article 6 have been completed and the prescribed membership fee has been paid, you will be considered to have acquired membership.

Article 5 "Transfer of Membership"

"Neo SOUND WAVE" membership cannot be transferred to others.

Article 6 "Membership Procedures"

The membership fee for "Neo SOUND WAVE" is 1,000 yen (tax included) and the annual fee is 5,500 yen (tax included).

Article 7 "Membership Period"

The membership period will be one year from the date of registration until the end of the month.

Article 8 "Continuation of Membership"

The secretariat will send you information about renewal before the membership expiration date. Members who wish to renew their membership will pay the annual membership fee by the expiration date using the designated payment method, and their membership will be extended for one year once the secretariat has confirmed it.

Article 9: Procedures for changing address, name, etc.

Notification should be made to the Secretariat at any time using the means provided by the Secretariat.

Article 10 "Cancellation Procedure"

Members can cancel their membership even during the validity period. Please notify the "Neo SOUND WAVE" office. Please note that there will be no refunds of membership fees. If the annual membership fee is not paid during the renewal period, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

Article 11 "Termination of Membership"

If any of the following items apply to a member, the membership may be suspended or cancelled. In such cases, membership fees will not be refunded.

• If the annual membership fee is not paid during the annual renewal period
• ・When a member has caused significant inconvenience to other members or outside parties
• - When disseminating or using information obtained through the operation or activities of "Neo SOUND WAVE" without permission.
• - If you fail to comply with the prohibitions in Article 12

Article 12 "Prohibited Matters"

• - It is prohibited to register false member information.
• - It is prohibited for one person to register for multiple memberships.
• - Information, files, etc. provided through "Neo SOUND WAVE" are prohibited from being used for commercial purposes other than for personal enjoyment as stipulated by copyright law.
• In addition, reproduction or publication on the web of artists' photographs, portraits, text, illustrations, etc. is strictly prohibited.
• - Resale for commercial purposes of tickets and official merchandise obtained as membership benefits, as well as resale of merchandise given as gifts in "Neo SOUND WAVE" original projects, is strictly prohibited.

Article 13 "Operation Entrustment"

The Secretariat will entrust part of the operation and management of "Neo SOUND WAVE" to Fanplus Inc. The rights to the programs, software, etc. used in the operation and management of "Neo SOUND WAVE" are owned by Fanplus Inc.

Article 14 "Member Information"

The Secretariat will keep all personal information obtained at the time of membership strictly confidential and will endeavor to protect the personal information of members. Furthermore, this personal information will not be provided to any third party other than business partners without the member's consent.

Article 15 "Revision"

"Neo SOUND WAVE" is,
The Secretariat reserves the right to add, delete or amend content to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to change annual membership fees, activities and other matters, at its discretion in the following cases:
1) When the changes to these terms and conditions are in the general interest of members.
2) When the change to these Terms and Conditions does not contradict the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.
When making changes to these terms and conditions as described above, the Secretariat will notify members by displaying the changes, the content of the changes, and the effective date of the changes on the Fan Club services, or by other appropriate means. The changed terms and conditions will come into effect as stated above. The changed terms and conditions will apply to members who use the Fan Club services after the changes to these terms and conditions come into effect.

Article 16 "Suspension of Service, etc."

The Secretariat may suspend or cancel all or part of the Fan Club services without prior notice to members due to circumstances of the artist, the operation status of the Club, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Secretariat will notify members after the fact.

Article 17 "Dissolution of Fan Club"

1. If the Secretariat determines that it is difficult to continue operating the fan club due to the artist's activity status or other circumstances, the Secretariat will disband the fan club.
2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Secretariat shall not refund any membership fees or other payments already made to members.

Article 18 "Disputes"

If a dispute arises between the Secretariat and a member regarding the operation of "Neo SOUND WAVE", both parties shall make efforts to resolve the dispute, such as by reaching a settlement.

Article 19 "Other Disclaimers"

1. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the content of the Service or the information obtained by the customer through the Service.
2. Except as provided for in these Terms of Use, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred for any reason, except in cases where such damages are attributable to the Company's intentional or negligent acts.

Article 20 "Severability"

1. Even if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid based on laws and regulations, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain valid.
2. Even if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or canceled with respect to a certain User, these Terms and Conditions will remain valid with respect to other Users.

All matters relating to these terms and conditions are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes between the secretariat and members regarding the fan club services shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
