An email will be sent by Pia to inform you of your application completion and the lottery results.
On the ticket display start date, you will receive an email from Tixplus (formerly EMTG) with instructions on how to receive your electronic ticket.
If you have specified domain reception settings, please make sure you can receive emails from "pia.co.jp" and "plusmember.jp". Also, please be careful with your spam settings.

• Tickets for the performance you have won can be picked up via the "UVERworld official app."

  To prevent unauthorized resale, deliveries can only be made using the smartphone device associated with the phone number you registered when applying.

  • *The "UVERworld Official App" can only be used with one phone number per Plus member ID. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
  • *If you are unable to receive your ticket due to reasons such as changing your phone number after changing your device or entering the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Tixplus customer support after you have started receiving your ticket.

How to receive your e-ticket and enter the venue

• *Cancellation after application and changes to the content after the reception is completed are not possible. In addition, cancellations and changes after purchasing tickets are also not possible. Please note.
• *If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be canceled.
• *We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seats or lotteries.
• *Only members who have purchased advance tickets can enter the venue. Unauthorized buying and selling (reselling) and transferring of tickets is prohibited.
• *Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party other than through the Share Member function is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason. If we find out that you have made an illegal purchase or are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any other fees.
• *Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future lotteries.

  Please download this form, have a parent or guardian fill it out, and submit it to a member of staff near the entrance on the day of the event.

[About the venue]

• ・Please refrain from speaking in the venue and wear a mask. Please bring your own mask.

• - Please refrain from shouting before, during, or after the performance.
• ・Please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
• ・When entering and leaving, we will take your temperature and disinfect your hands.
• - Disinfectant will be installed in various places throughout the venue.
• ・Liquid soap and disinfectant will be provided in all restrooms.
• - We will thoroughly clean the audience seating area, staircase handrails,扉handles, etc. inside the venue with disinfectant.
• - Please take home any trash that may contain viruses, such as masks, gloves, face shields, and used tissues, with you and do not discard them at the venue or station.
• - It is prohibited to arrive at the venue after consuming alcoholic beverages, bring alcoholic beverages into the venue, or consume alcoholic beverages once inside the venue.

• ・All tickets will be available as electronic tickets only.
• ・For the Hiroshima, Nagano, and Toyama performances, the venue will be divided into squares at your feet.
  Please enter in the order of your ticket numbers and stand one person at a time in each square.
• ・Tickets for the Osaka, Kanagawa, Tokyo, and Fukuoka performances are scheduled to be sold in a social distancing format or a group distancing format.

  Tickets are sold in a format where there are empty seats on either side of every customer.
  There will be empty seats between you and your companions who have purchased consecutive tickets.

  If you purchase consecutive numbers, they will be sold without any empty seats in between.

[Regarding ticket trading]

[Regarding refusal of entry and expulsion]
