An email will be sent by Pia to inform you of your application completion and the lottery results.
On the ticket display start date, you will receive an email from Tixplus (formerly EMTG) with instructions on how to receive your electronic ticket.
If you have specified domain reception settings, please make sure you can receive emails from "pia.co.jp" and "plusmember.jp". Also, please be careful with your spam settings.

• Tickets for the performance you have won can be picked up via the "UVERworld official app."

  To prevent unauthorized resale, deliveries can only be made using the smartphone device associated with the phone number you registered when applying.

  • *The "UVERworld Official App" can only be used with one phone number per Plus member ID. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
  • *If you are unable to receive your ticket due to reasons such as changing your phone number after changing your device or entering the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Tixplus customer support after you have started receiving your ticket.

How to receive your e-ticket and enter the venue

• *Only members who have purchased advance tickets can enter the venue. Unauthorized buying and selling (reselling) and transferring of tickets is prohibited.
• *Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party other than through the Share Member function is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason. If we find out that you have made an illegal purchase or are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. • ・Those under the age of 20 require parental consent for entry.
  Please download this form, have a parent or guardian fill it out, and submit it to a member of staff near the entrance on the day of the event.

  The consent form will be kept for one month and then shredded.

[About the venue]

• ・Please refrain from speaking in the venue and wear a mask. Please bring your own mask.

• ・Please take your own temperature before coming to the venue.
• ・When entering and leaving, we will take your temperature and disinfect your hands.
• - Disinfectant will be installed in various places throughout the venue.
• ・Liquid soap and disinfectant will be provided in all restrooms.
• - We will thoroughly clean the audience seating area, staircase handrails,扉handles, etc. inside the venue with disinfectant.
• - Please take home any trash that may contain viruses, such as masks, gloves, face shields, and used tissues, with you and do not discard them at the venue or station.
• - It is prohibited to arrive at the venue after consuming alcoholic beverages, bring alcoholic beverages into the venue, or consume alcoholic beverages once inside the venue.

[Regarding entry and exit regulations]

• ・There will be no regulated entry system for live music venues, with designated entry times for each ticket number and seat number. Please follow the instructions of staff on the day of the event.
• ・For arena performances, admission will be regulated. We will set an admission time for each customer, so please come at the designated time. Even if you arrive early, you will not be able to enter, so we appreciate your cooperation.
• ・After the performance, there will be regulated exits. Please wait in your seat until instructed by staff.

[Ticket details]

• ・All tickets will be available as electronic tickets only.
• ・We plan to hold the event with no space between reserved seats in front, behind, or on either side.
• - Standing tickets will be available in the order of your ticket number and you can watch from any available position marked seat.
• ・Second floor standing/reserved standing seats are available at the rear of the reserved seats, and you can watch from the standing position indicated on your ticket.
• ・Please note that the personal information we hold when you make a purchase may be shared with government agencies. If we are unable to hold your personal information, please be sure to inform a staff member when you arrive on the day, and we will hold it for you.
  Personal information will be stored for approximately one month and then destroyed.
