Thank you for always using "Neo SOUND WAVE".

Currently, emergency maintenance (temporary suspension of service) is being performed on the external email distribution service used by "Neo SOUND WAVE".

Consequently, we have temporarily suspended email distribution.

We are currently working on verifying the security of related systems and taking appropriate measures. We will inform you again as soon as we have an estimated date for resuming service.

■ Functions that are currently disabled

- Email newsletter distribution

- Birthday email delivery

*The birthday email sent on October 31, 2026 has been delivered.

*Even during the period when email delivery is suspended, you can still view your birthday email from your My Page.

Regarding emails sent on or after November 1, 2026, there is a possibility that they may not be delivered depending on the recovery status. However, emails that could not be delivered during the service downtime will be resent sequentially after the service is restored.
