Q I entered the wrong "Name" or "Date of Birth" on my membership registration.

You cannot make changes to your registered "Last Name," "Name," or "Date of Birth" yourself.

For changes, please inquire using the ≪About EMTG ID and login≫ button below and enter the following information in the form provided.

- Member Number
- Registered Name (Full Name)
- New Last Name/Furigana for New Name (For users with last name changes)

Please be aware that we cannot transfer an existing account to a new owner.
There are no exceptions to this rule, including transfers to family members.
