You cannot make changes to your registered "Last Name" yourself.
For changes, please inquire using the ≪About EMTG ID and login≫ button below and enter the following information in the form provided.
- Member Number
- Password
- Registered Name (Full Name)
- New Last Name/Furigana for New Name
Please be aware that we cannot transfer an existing account to a new owner.
There are no exceptions to this rule, including transfers to family members.
