Q I've changed my email address. What should I do?

You will receive important notifications via email. So if you change your email address, then make sure to change it on "My Page" after logging in.

If you have specified domains for incoming mail,
then you need to change your domain settings to allow incoming mail from "neosoundwave.com" and "plusmember.jp".

For smartphone users, if you change your email address, then access the website via the smartphone with your new email address. Then, after logging in, follow the process via ""Email address confirmation & modification"" on ""My Page."" 
After that, you will receive a change of email address confirmation email. Complete the process via the URL included in the email.
If you do the process on a computer, your change of email address may not be properly registered.
