If your package has not arrived, please contact us within the "non-delivery inquiry period."
Please note that if you contact us after the non-delivery inquiry period has passed, or if your shipment is not delivered due to an incomplete registration or a late application for a change of address, you may be required to pay the re-delivery shipping fee.
