The ticket I applied for is not showing up in "Ticket Application History" or "Owned Tickets List" on my page.

Fan club pre-sale tickets will be sold through "Ticket Pia," so they will not be displayed in the "Ticket Application History" or "List of Owned Tickets" sections of your My Page on the fan club website or Ticketplus website.

Please check the respective ticket pre-sale page for confirmation of payment for the tickets you applied for.

*Please note that once electronic tickets become available for collection and display (approximately two weeks before each performance), they will be displayed in the "List of Owned Tickets" section of your My Page.
