I have acquired multiple Plus member IDs (EMTG IDs). I would like to unify them. What should I do?

We do not allow duplicate IDs as this may cause confusion.

Please check the following before contacting us.


If the reason for wanting to delete your Plus member ID (cancel your membership) is "I can't receive my e-tickets"
