Q Will my points ever expire?

If you withdraw from "Neo SOUND WAVE", all of your points will become invalid after the expiration time.
Once the points have expired, they cannot be restored for any reason. Please understand this beforehand.


■Expiration Date

Membership expires at 23:59:59 on the last day of the month after the membership expiration date ＋3 months


*New points will not be awarded for actions taken while the expiration date is expired.
*Points will not be awarded to those whose expiration date has expired at the time points are awarded.
*If you completely delete your Plus member ID after you cancel your membership, your points will be forfeited.
Even if you re-join with the same email address, your Plus member ID will be changed and your points will be reset.
