Please cancel your subscription at least 2 days before the renewal date via the App Store or Google Play.
It may take some time for the store to process your order, so please allow plenty of time for your order to be processed.
After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the expiration date.
After the expiration date, your membership will be cancelled.
＜Caution＞
Please note that deleting the app or logging out will not cancel your subscription.
It will automatically renew unless you cancel.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests after automatic renewal.

1. Open Settings > Apps.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
4. Tap "Neo SOUND WAVE"
5. Tap "Cancel subscription."

3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions Subscriptions.
4. Select "Neo SOUND WAVE"
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
