Please check the information below. If "Neo SOUND WAVEAnnual Membership" is not displayed, your registration has not been completed and you will need to register again.
▼How to check your in-app purchase registration status
For iOS
1. Open Settings > Apps.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
For Android
1.Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap on your profile icon on the top right.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions Subscriptions.
After checking the above, if "Neo SOUND WAVE Annual Membership" is displayed, try "Restore" from the registration screen within the app.

For iOS
1. Open the app and click on FC-exclusive content (such as MOVIE)
2. Click "If you agree to the above and would like to use the app without registering as a member, click here"
3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page
For Android
1. Open the app and click on FC-exclusive content (such as MOVIE)
2. Enter your Plus member ID and password to log in. (If you do not have a Plus member ID, click "Register Plus member ID (free)" to register.)
3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page
