Information for customers with center standing tickets

[About the cloakroom]
Please note that on the day of the performance, due to fire safety regulations, it is not permitted to place luggage on the floor in the center standing block or on the aisles.
There are a limited number of coin lockers available inside the venue, so please use the coin lockers around the station or the cloakroom near the main entrance to the venue.
Please note that we cannot store any items deemed valuable or dangerous at the cloakroom near the main entrance to the venue.
The cloakroom reception desk may be very busy and you may not be able to arrive in time for the start of the performance. Please arrive as early as possible.
Please note that there are limits to the number of items we can accept and the space available. We will close the acceptance once the specified number of items has been reached.
Please be sure to bring a center standing seat ticket when you use the cloakroom.
You will not be able to take your luggage back from the cloakroom. If you need to check your luggage again, you will be charged a fee.
The cloakroom is only valid for the day of the event. If you do not collect your belongings, the organizers will dispose of them.

*Notes regarding the cloakroom
○ Cloak bags (45 liters) will be provided.
The cost is 500 yen per bag. Please be careful not to give exact change.
Re-entry into the venue is prohibited.
○A luggage storage facility will be set up near the main entrance of the venue.
Cloakroom check-in is scheduled to begin at 30 p.m.


[Regarding wearing wristbands]
Customers in the standing center seats will be required to wear wristbands for their respective blocks.
Wristbands will be redeemed at the special tent outside the venue starting at 30 pm.
You will not be allowed entry unless you wear a wristband.
It is expected to be very crowded just before the show starts, and you may not be able to enter in time for the show to begin.
Please exchange it as soon as possible.

*Notes regarding wristbands
○We will not reissue any tickets if they are lost or damaged.
○After exchanging your wristband, you will be admitted in the order of the serial number written on your ticket, so please make sure to hold on to your ticket and do not lose it.
