[About the cloakroom]
Please note that on the day of the performance, due to fire safety regulations, it is not permitted to place luggage on the floor in the arena standing blocks or on the aisles.
There are a limited number of coin lockers available inside the venue, so please use the coin lockers around the station or the cloakroom near the main entrance to the venue.
Please note that we cannot store any items deemed valuable or dangerous at the cloakroom near the main entrance to the venue.
The cloakroom reception desk may be very busy and you may not be able to arrive in time for the start of the performance. Please arrive as early as possible.
Please note that there are limits to the number of items we can accept and the space available. We will close the acceptance once the specified number of items has been reached.
Please be sure to bring your Arena Standing ticket when you use the cloakroom.
You will not be able to take your luggage back from the cloakroom. If you need to check your luggage again, you will be charged a fee.
The cloakroom is only valid for the day of the event. If you do not collect your belongings, the organizers will dispose of them.
*Notes regarding the cloakroom
○ Cloak bags (45 liters) will be provided.
The cost is 500 yen per bag. Please be careful not to give exact change.
Re-entry into the venue is prohibited.
○A luggage storage facility will be set up near the main entrance of the venue.
○ Cloakroom check-in is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m.
[Regarding wearing wristbands]
Arena standing customers will be required to wear wristbands for each block.
Wristband exchange will take place at the special tent outside the venue starting at 1:00 PM.
You will not be allowed entry unless you wear a wristband.
It is expected to be very crowded just before the show starts, and you may not be able to enter in time for the show to begin.
Please exchange it as soon as possible.
*Notes regarding wristbands
○We will not reissue any tickets if they are lost or damaged.
○After exchanging your wristband, you will be admitted in the order of the serial number written on your ticket, so please make sure to hold on to your ticket and do not lose it.

Both the arena standing area and reserved seats are divided into a "women-only area" and a "men-only area."
Female customers may only view the show in the "female-only area", and male customers may only view the show in the "male-only area".
If you purchase multiple tickets, your companions must be of the same gender.
We may ask you to confirm your gender at the entrance on the day of the event, so please bring identification that can verify your gender.
*Charges apply for elementary school students and above. We do not recommend bringing small children into the standing section.
