・This year's Christmas presentswill be sent out only toregular members as of December 31st.
・For members who enrolled between December 1st and December 31st, 2017
The certificate will be sent togetherwith the membership benefits around the end of January 2018.
(The shipping date will be announced on the information page as soon as it is confirmed.)

・Unless the item has not been returned to the fan club or there is a notification of non-delivery within the inquiry period,
We will assume that the item has been delivered to you.
・We will not be able to respond to inquiries about non-delivery after the deadline.
Please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period.

・Members who have changed their address or surname on or after December 4, 2017,
Delivery will be to your old address and under your maiden name.
If your package has not arrived, please make sure to contact us using the designated form during the period for inquiries regarding non-delivery.

・We ask that you take great care when shipping your package,
There is a possibility that the envelope may be torn when it is delivered.
If the contents are severely damaged, we will exchange the item.
If only the envelope is torn, we cannot exchange it.
