Please send the defective disc (SRXL-191 only for the first production limited edition) to the address below with postage paid.
We will exchange the disc and then send you a replacement disc.
*Please keep the packaging that contains the disc in a safe place.

2. How to tell the difference by disk
The logo (gr8, Blu-ray Disc, rental prohibited) at the bottom center of the printed surface of the disc is gray, just like the other text. → Defective product
Only the logo (gr8, Blu-ray Disc, rental prohibited) at the bottom center of the disc printing surface is white → Good condition
