"Priority viewing area admission tickets with serial numbers" will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

*When reservations start,

■ How to pick up your reserved items

Pick up at Shinseido Asunal Kanayama store or deliver to your home

(Additional shipping fee of 800 yen will be charged)

*A deposit of the number of tickets is required at the time of reservation.

Payment at the venue is by cash only.

We do not accept credit cards. Thank you for your understanding.

*Various point cards, parking tickets, etc. are not eligible.

*No refunds or changes will be given for any products.

*In the event of bad weather, the location may change or the event may be canceled.

*The product reservation period will be until Saturday, January 4, 2019.

* Reservations will be considered canceled once the product reservation period ends.

Delivery of the product will no longer be possible.

*We cannot accept returns of pre-ordered items for any reason.

If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a non-defective product after checking.
