I have decided to offer a refund.

Due to the postponement, we have been searching for a date where we can meet with the crew.

During this time, I received a lot of warm hospitality from the crew.

Somehow, someway, even if it takes time, we'll make the promised date

I have been struggling to convey this to you, but I was not able to do so.

We apologize for providing you with a refund at this time.

The ticket price is very important to each and every person.

I don't think that's cheap at all.

How much effort and hardship people put into getting the ticket money?

This is something that both our members and staff fully understand.

That is why, with no clear outlook for how much we will be able to pay for tickets,

I felt very sorry to have to leave it here.
