Enquiries regarding undelivered Newsletter 28 began on October 22nd at 6pm.
Members whose packages have not yet arrived can contact us via the inquiry form for undelivered packages during the period.
Please be sure to contact us.
* For members who joined between September 1st and September 30,
The card will be delivered along with your new membership benefits around the end of October.
(The shipping date will be announced on the information page as soon as it is confirmed.)
* For members who joined between August 1st and August 31st,
The certificate will be sent together with your new membership benefits around the end of September.
Therefore, if your package has not arrived, pleasecontact us through our regular inquiry form rather than through this inquiry form.
Please contact us if your package has not arrived.
*If we do not receive any contact during the period, we will assume that Newsletter 28 has arrived.

*Inquiries about undelivered items outside the period will be invalid.

We will assume that the item has been delivered to you.
・We will not be able to respond to inquiries about non-delivery after the period has expired.

・Members who have changed their address or surname on or after August 25, 2020,
Delivery will be to your old address and under your maiden name.
