*If tickets have been illegally traded, you may be denied entry on the day.

*Ticket resale for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, and any tickets that have been resold even once will be considered forfeit.

■ Ticket types and prices

All seats reserved - 8,900 yen (tax included)

*Only electronic tickets

*Customer fees (payment and electronic ticket usage fees) will be charged separately.

■What is an e-ticket? (Please read this if you wish to use it)

*Electronic tickets are available for use with the official "Neo SOUND WAVE" app on a smartphone.

*It is very convenient as you do not have to worry about forgetting or losing your ticket.

Please rest assured that on the day of the performance, there will be staff at the venue specializing in e-tickets.

■ Ticket limit: 2 tickets per performance per member

(If selected, only the member and accompanying person will be allowed to enter; accompanying persons can be non-members)

■Results will be announced: Thursday, July 22, 2021 (national holiday) at around 6:00 p.m.

* Results will be announced by email and on the results confirmation screen

Payment method: Seven-Eleven store payment or e-context payment

・Collection method: Tickets will be available for collection from approximately one week before the performance.

Instructions for receiving the prize will be sent to the email address registered to the Plus member ID you provided when applying.

The following customer fees will be charged:

・Customer fee: 880 yen (tax included) per winning performance

*Seven-Eleven and E-context payment fees are both 220 yen per winning performance

* Electronic ticket usage fee: 660 yen per winning performance

[Regarding priority lottery]

Priority will be given to those who purchased tickets for the four performances that were canceled in 2020.

① 2020 canceled performances: February 26th and 27th, 2020 Zepp Sapporo / March 7th and 8th, 2020 Toyosu PIT

Only available to those who purchased tickets through the fan club advance reservation system

The lottery will be based on the registration information you provided when purchasing the above performance.

② Priority cannot be given to accompanying persons only. Only winners (purchasers) will be given priority in the lottery.

③ Both those who put up for trade and those who purchase through trade will be given priority in the prize draw.

④ Members who have won tickets to the Toyosu PIT performance on March 8, 2021, and the Yokohama Arena performances on June 12 and 13, 2021, are not eligible.

⑤ For those who purchased tickets for the canceled 2020 performances but do not apply for the performances listed in ④ or this performance, we will hold a priority lottery for future live performances as they are confirmed.

⑥ The priority lottery does not guarantee that you will be selected for multiple performances.

⑦ Even if you have not purchased tickets for the above performances, you can still apply.
