●Only available to customers with tickets for the day of the performance.

●When purchasing merchandise, ticket checks and temperature checks will be conducted.

●Returns and exchanges are not possible for products other than defective products.

Please be sure to check the product, size and quantity at the sales counter before purchasing.

●Please note that there is a limit to the number of tickets available for sale on the day of the performance.

●Payment can be made by cash or credit card (VISA/Master/JCB/AMERICAN EXPRESS/Diners Club).

*Credit card payments are only accepted in lump sum payments.

*Credit card payments may not be available depending on the signal strength of your device on the day.

Please note that in this case, only cash will be accepted.

●Shopping bags will not be provided. Please bring your own bags to take your groceries home.

When purchasing goods, please maintain social distance between customers, and numbered tickets may be distributed if the venue is crowded.

●Merchandise sales are limited to customers who have tickets for the day of the performance.

●Wearing a mask will be strictly enforced. Please bring your own mask.

●Please disinfect your hands at the entrance to the merchandise area.

●We ask that only customers who wish to purchase merchandise line up in the merchandise sales waiting line.

If you have a companion, please meet them outside the merchandise area.

●When paying, we will assist you one at a time. Please make separate purchases for yourself and your companions.

●Please note that we may suddenly cancel merchandise sales at the venue depending on the infection situation in Japan.
