The second installment in the celebration of the NSW renewal.
Shipping of the "NSW Original Bandana" will begin on Monday, December 26th.
We will provide you with information.
It will take some time for the newsletter to reach all members.
(We will deliver in order, so please be patient.)
If you have not received your order by Tuesday, January 10, 2023,
Please contact us using the inquiry form for undelivered packages (to be provided at a later date) during the "enquiry period for undelivered packages" below.
●Members who join between December 1st and December 31st will receive their gift in late January. (Sent separately from the membership gift.)
●The "NSW Original Bandana" is available in two colors.
→ Members who have been members for 10 years or more as of the end of November 2022,
→The color of bandanas sent to members with less than 10 years of continuous membership (number of times) as of the end of November 2022 will be different.
●If there is a defect in the "NSW Original Bandana", it will be dealt with after the New Year. Thank you for your understanding.
●The year you joined is not included in the number of times.

*Inquiries about undelivered items outside the period will be invalid.

Please contact us using the inquiry form regarding non-delivery of NSW original bandanas.
*The dedicated form for inquiries regarding undelivered mail will be provided at a later date.

・Unless the item has not been returned to the fan club or there is a notification of non-delivery within the inquiry period,
We will assume that the item has been delivered to you.
・We will not be able to respond to inquiries about non-delivery after the period has expired.
Please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period for items not yet received.
- Members who have changed their address or surname on or after December 7, 2022 will have their items delivered to their old address and under their maiden name.
If your package has not arrived, please make sure to contact us using the designated form during the period for inquiries regarding non-delivery.
- We ask that you take great care when shipping your package, but there is a chance that the envelope may be torn when it is delivered.
If the contents are severely damaged, we will exchange the item; however, if there is no damage to the contents and only the envelope is torn, we cannot exchange it.
