<Regarding souvenir distribution and entrance for arena seats>

① Customers with Arena seat tickets (with souvenir) will receive a souvenir upon entry.

For that reason,Please be sure to enter through the "Arena Seats Entrance"Thank you.

(If you enter through any other entrance, we will not be able to give you the souvenir.)

<Scheduled end time and regulated exit>

①Due to production reasons, the本番end time of the performance will be "around 30".

Please be aware of this.

② After the performance, there will be regulated exits to ease congestion both inside and outside the venue.

After the performance, please wait in your seat until instructed by staff.

(If your last train is approaching, please inform a nearby staff member.)

<Measures against heat stroke>

* Extremely high temperatures are expected on the day of the performance.

Since you will be working under the hot sun for a long period of time, please be sure to take adequate measures to prevent heatstroke.

*If you see anyone feeling unwell or anyone around you feeling unwell inside or outside Nissan Stadium,

Please do not force yourself and ask a nearby staff member for help.

① We recommend that you bring and wear a hat.

However, please refrain from wearing hats with large brims or that may be a nuisance to other customers.

* Character headgear (mascot costumes) are prohibited.

② Please take precautions against UV rays such as using sunscreen before coming to the event.

③ Please make sure to drink plenty of water and drink enough water.

④ We recommend that you bring along items to protect yourself from the heat, such as portable fans and cooling packs.

<About attire>

① We recommend that you wear sneakers.

② Thick-soled shoes and high heels are dangerous, so please refrain from wearing them.

③ It may be a good idea to bring a change of clothes such as socks and T-shirts.

④ The use or wearing of air-conditioned clothing or other items to protect against the heat during the performance will be prohibited.

(There will be no problem when you arrive or while the venue is open.)

<Regarding holding the event in rainy weather>

① Please bring along items to protect yourself from sudden changes in weather (such as a raincoat).

② The use of umbrellas is prohibited inside the venue. Even outside the venue, please refrain from using umbrellas in crowded areas as it is dangerous.

<Regarding food and drink>

① In order to protect the grass, customers in the arena seats are not allowed to bring in any food or drinks other than water. We recommend that you bring your own water.

② Alcohol is sold in the stands at Nissan Stadium only, but please be careful not to drink too much.

You may be asked to leave if you are drunk or if your actions or behavior are seen to be a nuisance to other customers.

3. You will be spending a long time outdoors. Please make sure you have plenty of nutrition before coming.

④ Restaurants around the venue are expected to be crowded.

<Other>

① Wearing a mask is up to you.

Please note that our staff will not be wearing masks to protect themselves from the heat (heatstroke).

② You will be visiting a crowded area, so please disinfect your hands and gargle when you leave.

③ On the day of the performance, so-called "sound leakage" will be prohibited.

This will cause inconvenience to those around the venue and may lead to illness due to the extreme heat.

If anyone without a ticket shows up, they will be asked to leave.

Please follow the instructions of the staff.

④ There is no cloakroom at Nissan Stadium.

For large luggage (carry-on bags, etc.), please use coin lockers at stations, etc.

Please leave your luggage at your accommodation before coming.

⑤ Large luggage (such as carry-on bags) cannot be brought into the arena seats.
