・If you are unable to use the LINE app for any reason, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please use the venue during a time when you can visit without a numbered ticket.

・One numbered ticket is required per person.

・Children of elementary school age or younger and people who require assistance with purchasing tickets may enter together with one person using one numbered ticket.

・Please only apply if you can arrive during the sales hours.

・Cancellations or changes cannot be made after application has been submitted.

・Numbered tickets do not guarantee that merchandise will be available in stock.
