Upgrade eligible tickets

Only tickets purchased through advance ticket reservations (fastest advance and second advance) at the fan club (Neo SOUND WAVE) are eligible.

*Family (parent and child) seats are not eligible for upgrades and cannot be applied for.

Fee

---

3,000 yen (tax included)

*Upgraded seats will cost an additional 3,000 yen on top of the ticket price you have already purchased.

(If you purchase multiple tickets, each ticket will cost an additional 3,000 yen.)

*If you choose to pay at a convenience store, a payment fee of 30 yen per winning performance will be charged at the time of payment.

Notes

*The number of upgraded seats you can apply for is the same as the number of tickets you purchased during the advance ticket reservation.

(If you purchase four tickets, all four tickets will be upgraded. It is not possible to apply for an upgrade for only two of the four tickets.)

*The layout may change depending on the production. (There are no plans to make any major changes to the seating layout.)

*Upgrade seats will be sold by lottery. Seat numbers will also be selected by lottery.

*The upgraded seats will be located in the front area of the arena as shown in the diagram, but depending on the performance, you may be farther away from the members.

*There will be cameras recording this performance. The upgraded seats are in the front area of the arena, so there is a possibility that you may appear in the footage.

*Upgrade seats cannot be cancelled after purchase.

*Ticket trading is not available for upgraded seats.

*It may be difficult to see the entire stage, the production, or the performers.

*There is no wheelchair space in the upgraded seating area.

Even if you are selected, you will have to watch the show in the wheelchair area of the arena seats.

If you are able to move from your wheelchair to a chair in the audience, you may watch the show from your seat; however, if you sit down, it may be difficult to see the stage.
