Regarding ticket trading

・Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or other reasons, please use official ticket trading.

Ticket trading is scheduled to begin when tickets are issued (approximately one week before the performance).

The ticket trading period varies depending on the sales method.

Due to system limitations, transactions cannot be made on the day of the performance.

① Waiting for attendees to arrive or leave (including at stations and airports) is prohibited.

②Please refrain from gathering in close proximity at the venue entrance or around the venue (convenience stores, etc.).

(Staff may ask you to leave temporarily, such as while waiting for the venue to open.)

③There are no smoking areas. Please use the restroom before coming to the venue, if possible.

④We cannot accept gifts or flowers on the day.

⑤If you will be coming in a wheelchair, please contact the relevant performance's contact information in advance after purchasing your ticket.

⑥On the day of the performance, so-called "sound leakage" will be prohibited.

Please understand that this will cause inconvenience to those around the venue and may lead to people becoming ill due to the weather.

If anyone without a ticket shows up, they will be asked to leave.

Please follow the instructions of the staff.

⑦Please refrain from using homemade fans or banners due to the nature of the performance and as they may cause inconvenience to other customers.

We ask that you please refrain from doing so.

⑧The use of costumes, headgear, and light items is prohibited.

⑨ Regarding the wearing of masks inside the venue, we respect the individual judgment of each customer.

Cheering and cheering are not prohibited, but please be considerate so as not to disturb other customers.

Live houses (whether halls or arenas) tend to be crowded with many people at the venue.

There is a risk of falling or coming into contact with something. Also, because of the loud volume, it may have some effect on the mother and fetus.

You will be standing for long periods of time, including the time you spend waiting in line, which may put various strains on your body.

For this reason, participation is not recommended.

Please understand the above before attending, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur.

Regarding photography inside the venue

At UVERworld 's live performance,Taking photos and videos during the performance is prohibitedWe are able to do this.

There is no problem with taking photos within reason before and after the show.

After the show, a QR code for the day's set list will be displayed on the screen.

Scan the QR code and take it home with you as a memory of the day.

(Songs that are suddenly added or changed during the performance may not be reflected.)

Please remember to be considerate of those around you when taking photos or videos.

When posting on social media, please be considerate and blur out any people other than yourself.

(We will issue a warning if you are taking photos that are deemed to be nuisances or malicious.)

*Some of you may have received warnings from venue staff (including part-time staff) at previous performances.

We apologize to those who received a stern warning despite simply scanning a QR code as a matter of common sense, and to those who may have felt uncomfortable or confused.

(Please forgive the staff member who warned us, as they were simply doing their job.)

We will keep our staff informed about upcoming performances.
