We are pleased to announce that as of today, March 26th, manipulator and saxophonist SEIKA, who has been working as a support member, will be joining UVERworld as an official member.

Since UVERworld was formed in 2000, SEIKA has supported the group alongside TAKUYA∞, AKIRA, KATSUYA, NOBUTO, and SHINTARO to ensure that their music resonates with many people. At the time of their debut, Seika decided to act as a support member for live performances and song production rather than as an official member due to her own thoughts and feelings.

UVERworld will celebrate their 10th anniversary since their debut on July 6th, 2015.
With this big milestone approaching, the members thought again about SEIKA, and, feeling the weight of the 14 years they have spent together, they have come to the decision that they would like to welcome SEIKA as an official member in 2014, their 10th anniversary year.
