Q I do not understand the process for modifying registered information.

If you want to modify your registered information, you may do so within "My Page" (Member information confirmation & modification) after logging in.

You cannot modify your name or date of birth on your own.

For those who made a mistake while registering or those who have changed their names, after clearly taking note of your:

•Member number
•Password
•Registered name
•New name & new name furigana (if you changed your name)
