03. For members who joined between April 1st and April 30, 2026, shipments will be made from late May 2026 onwards.

04. Even if you have no plans to move, please be sure to check your current registration status.

05.If you move, please change your registration information.

06. Please check that the city/town/village name, apartment name, and room number are all registered.

07. If the surname displayed on your mailbox (nameplate name) is different from the surname you registered, please be sure to add “Mr./Ms. XX” to the end of the address.

08.For this shipment only, if you would like your items to be delivered to an address other than the one registered with the fan club, please change your address on the fan club site.

09.If your name is not displayed on the post, there is a high possibility that your package will be returned.

10.We plan to ship via Yu-Packet.
